Adequate stay at the Wildlife Park
breakfast options park view room facilities high prices understaffed restaurant dust presence
The breakfast had plenty of options. I could see many animals from the park side, great for taking pictures. The room had all the space and facilities I needed.
I found the prices a bit high for what you get. The on-site restaurant seemed understaffed. I noticed dust everywhere in the room.

EXCELLENT stay near wildlife park!
modern hotel coffee facilities great selection
This hotel is VERY modern. Rooms are clean with tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast had a GREAT selection. I appreciated the quick check in, even with our LARGE group.
I found some towels with HOLES.

Staff members are really friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to my needs. I especially liked the efficient resolution when issues arose, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction .

Adequate but with issues
The room itself met expectations and provided necessary amenities.
The noise INSULATION was insufficient. I could hear a lot of disturbance from neighboring rooms and the hallway. This made getting a good night's sleep difficult, especially with early park opening hours.

ample space separate area dinosaur view
it offered plenty of space and was very clean. we found it very convenient to have the children's beds in a separate area from our bed and lounge area. the view of the dinosaurs in the park was a good bonus!!!

convenient wildlife stay
clean room comfy bed
the location was ideal for accessing the park I found parking easy at the site. My room was very clean and had everything i needed for my stay. I especially liked the comfy bed.
i realized my balcony room faced the courtyard. staff did not help so my expectations weren't met at all it was also very expensive

the hotel's location is very close to the wildlife park entrance the short distance was convenient. there were also some great views of the wildlife park from certain vantage points in the hotel hotel.
