The breakfast had plenty of options. I could see many animals from the park side, great for taking pictures. The room had all the space and facilities I needed.
I found the prices a bit high for what you get. The on-site restaurant seemed understaffed. I noticed dust everywhere in the room.

This hotel is VERY modern. Rooms are clean with tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast had a GREAT selection. I appreciated the quick check in, even with our LARGE group.
I found some towels with HOLES.

The room itself met expectations and provided necessary amenities.
The noise INSULATION was insufficient. I could hear a lot of disturbance from neighboring rooms and the hallway. This made getting a good night's sleep difficult, especially with early park opening hours.

it offered plenty of space and was very clean. we found it very convenient to have the children's beds in a separate area from our bed and lounge area. the view of the dinosaurs in the park was a good bonus!!!

the location was ideal for accessing the park I found parking easy at the site. My room was very clean and had everything i needed for my stay. I especially liked the comfy bed.
i realized my balcony room faced the courtyard. staff did not help so my expectations weren't met at all it was also very expensive
